Founder Review Session is the private review stage following completion of System Mapping Analysis.

During this session, Piotr Zborowski presents the primary findings, observed system priorities and strategic recalibration direction identified during the analysis phase.

The session is not a general consultation.

It is a structured review of the individual case within the cQ Core framework.
PURPOSE
What The Session Is Designed To Clarify



The objective of Founder Review Session is to clarify what may require attention within the individual's broader biological structure.

The review is designed to identify system relationships, priority areas, limiting patterns and possible recalibration directions relevant to the stated objective.

The purpose is not to provide a conventional diagnosis.

The purpose is to explain the strategic map emerging from the analysis.
SCOPE
Beyond The Reported Problem



The session does not focus only on the symptoms or problems initially reported by the individual.

System Mapping Analysis may include observations across structural, functional and relational layers of the organism.

Founder Review is where these observations are translated into a strategic pathway.

The client is shown why certain areas may be prioritized and how they may relate to the stated objective.

What Is Discussed



During Founder Review Session, the following areas may be discussed:

• primary system priorities

• observed structural relationships

• functional dependencies

• limiting patterns

• proposed recalibration sequence

• estimated 12-month engagement direction

• suitability for cQ Core admission

The session is conducted by Piotr Zborowski, founder of cQtherapy™ and research architect of the cQ Core framework.

Piotr presents the findings from the System Mapping Analysis and outlines the proposed direction of work where further engagement is considered appropriate.

The session is scheduled after analysis completion and internal confirmation.
OUTCOME
After Founder Review



Completion of Founder Review Session does not automatically result in admission to cQ Core.

Possible outcomes include:

• no further engagement recommended

• additional observation required

• individual 12-month engagement proposal

• conditional admission subject to scope and compatibility

If long-term engagement is proposed, the client receives individual terms and operational structure separately.

From Analysis To cQ Core



Founder Review Session forms the bridge between System Mapping Analysis and any potential cQ Core engagement.

If the case is accepted, the proposed structure may include continuous operational frameworks designed to support adaptation, resilience and long-term biological performance.

All engagement structures are determined individually.
REVIEW PRINCIPLE
From Observation To Direction



Founder Review is not limited to presenting observations.

The purpose of the review is to examine whether identifiable relationships, structural priorities and limiting factors may be influencing the individual's stated objectives.

Equally important is determining whether those observations can be translated into a meaningful operational direction.

Information has value.

The ability to act upon information is often where the greater value resides.

The review therefore focuses not only on what has been observed, but also on what may be possible moving forward.
